Students must inform the college at least two weeks before the arrival in UK with following information:

- Arriving Airport in UK.

- Flight Details including date and time of arrival.

If it is not a weekend, students are taken directly to the College. A fee of £100 is collectable, from the arriving student, in advance which is non refundable.
