FAQs

Q1. How do I get admission to study at LCC?

First of all, you can download the application form from here. Complete the application form and submit all the required documents. You can also visit us in person and collect the application form at the college. Visiting us in person will give you the added advantage of a face to face consultation with one of our college team. Once you have submitted the application form with all the requirements, the college will then inform you the outcome of the application in few days.

Q2. Is there any requirement of English for admission at LCC?

If your stay in UK requires student Visa, you require to provide English Certificate result according to the United Kingdom Boarder Agency (UKBA) requirements.

Q3. How much do I need to deposit for the course and when?

The student will have to deposit at least 60% of the course fee plus a £350 admin charge (non refundable) before the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) has been offered. The payment is normally received along with your completed application form.

Q4. In the case of Visa refusal, will I get a refund?

If your Visa is refused, we require such proof. The original CAS letter, refusal letter, college's offer letter and the scanned copy of the refusal stamp on your passport are needed in order to refund your fee. If the Visa has been refused due to consequence of the college you will be eligible for the refund, apart from the £350 which is non refundable. This procedure can sometimes take up to 60 days to be processed. However, if your visa has been refused because of issues with your documents such as submission of incomplete or invalid or unrecognised documents, there will be no refund given and you will be liable to pay the rest of the course fee.

Q5. Can I get the refund if the Visa has been granted to me?

Once the Visa has been granted, the student is not eligible for a refund and the student is thus required to pay the outstanding course fee as agreed before the Visa decision.
